Beerwah State School Tuckshop "Kandoo Kafe" is run by our Parents and Citizens Association (P&C). It is operated by volunteers and is open on Thursday and Friday serving nutritious food choices.
We use a traffic light system to promote healthy eating choices.
Green foods are healthy choice foods and listed on our menu in
Green,
Amber foods are moderation foods and listed in
Amber, Red foods are treats and listed in
Red. Specials are posted on our Skoolbag App and notes are sent home periodically regarding changes to the menu.
Ordering
Order Online – We are now using Qkr! for parents to order online. Download the app on your mobile device or click the link.
Lunches are picked up by class monitors and delivered to eating areas for distribution to students.
Please note:
- Hot Food is only available at 1st Break
- Ice blocks are only available at 2nd break -1:00pm
Volunteering
Here at Beerwah State School we value the Volunteers in our school community and always welcome new people to join our team. It’s a great way to meet people and make new friends. We have a variety of events during the year and our Tuckshop always welcomes another set of hands.
