Term 3 finishes Friday 19 September and Term 4 commences Tuesday 7 October 2025 (Monday 6 Oct Public Holiday).
- Student Accounts: Please ensure your student accounts are paid in full (student resource scheme, payment plans, end of year excursions/activities) Check with admin if you have a credit on the system to use. Consent and Payments can be made via QParents App at the same time, BPoint as per the invoice or eftpos at the payment window.
- Medication: Please ensure you have updated your students health/asthma action plans for students returning in Term 4. New policy states all medication has to be in the original packaging and correct prescription label. No medications are to be precut (unless in blister packs from chemist) and a pill cutter must be provided if requiring half a tablet. This will be labelled and packaged with your student's medication.

- Absences: please edit/advise of absences via QParents, student absentee line 5436 5588, , skoolbag eforms or email the office admin@beerwahss.eq.edu.au
- Student Lost Property (under M Block): remind your student to check for lost property. If parents are checking please call into the office after 9am to access.
- Library Loans: We have a lot of overdue books, please return any library books or advise of lost library books to Mrs Roberts.
- Student Transfers: Please advise if you are departing the school.
